Q. Who can make order / Customer Coverage?

Customers who is able to perform self pickup at our shop and customers who stay in Ipoh area ( Grab delivery). 

 

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?
Tickkee.com offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below :-
1. Online Banking
Via Ipay88 (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking/ E-Wallet)


2. Offline Bank Transfer

Q. When can I make order? 
You may do your shopping and purchase your order anytime.

 

Q. When can I perform self-collect or pick-up?

You may collect from 830am-730pm. We will send you a message once the order is packed and ready. You are advice to collect it at the same day you make order to enjoy the best quality and freshness of our products.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR.


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
We are using Grab express delivery, you may track the status on Grab app.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the payment is not made.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at pasarayatickkee@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are paid, in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

问:如何在网站上购买?
订购您的商品:-

问:有哪些可用的付款方式?
Tickkee.com提供各种付款方式,如下所示:-

问:什么时候可以下订单?
您可以在任何时间进行购物和购买订单。

 

问:什么时候可以上门自取?

您可以从830am-730pm上门自取。订单包装好并准备好后,我们将向您发送消息。建议您在下订单的当天自取,以享受我们产品的最佳质量和新鲜度。


问:如何更改我的帐户个人信息和送货地址?

登录您的帐户→单击“帐户维护”→在此处编辑您的帐户信息和收货地址。

 


问:我忘记了我的帐户密码。我应该怎么做才能找回它?

点击“丢失密码?”并在框中填写用于注册帐户的电子邮件。

单击提交。
